Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Purchases are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 718-643-8487 or via our Contact Page with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

How to Process a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once authorized, mail your item back to our Brooklyn location. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
